Later, he started playing, teaching and participating in different events of El Sistema Venezuela to finally getting enrolled into classical piano lessons.  After finishing high school, Manuel studied Music Composition at Lisandro Alvarado University in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. Looking for better opportunities in music and life in general, Manuel moved to Toronto, Canada where he has performed as a pianist in different venues, events and Weddings. Manuel is currently studying music at Humber college completing his bachelor in music majoring drums. During his program, Manuel has received lessons from world class musicians such as Mark Kelso, Larnell Lewis, Hilario Duran, Don Vickery, Barry Rhomberg and Michael Occhipinti. Manuel is proficient in both instruments Piano and Drums, and he is very comfortable playing a wide variety of music styles (Jazz, Funk, Pop, Rock, Jazz fusion, Latin Jazz, Classical and South American music) while keeping his mind open to any other music genre. “Music is a unique human expression that is rooted in every single person and it connects you to your feelings and the feelings of others”
